Consult4Solutions specializes in guiding individuals through career development, educational planning, and life‑path decision‑making by longstanding colleagues Rukmini (Mimi) and Maryam share a vision of continuous learning and growth, for themselves and for those around them. This shared vision led to the inception of Consult4solutions. Between the two, Mimi and Maryam have over 25 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and families from more than 150 countries in diverse, multicultural settings, assisting with career, educational, and life-related needs. Their expertise working with students and youth, including international students from various parts of the world, enhances their rich professional background. Rukmini is from Assam in Northeast India, and Maryam is originally from Iran, now residing in Ontario, Canada, with their respective families. Their lived experiences as immigrants to Canada include challenges, struggles, breakthroughs, achievements, and a sense of belonging. These experiences have fostered within them a deep understanding and a unique perspective on career, education, and life-related skills. Both Mimi and Maryam hold PhDs in Management and have received graduate training in Social Work, Career Development, and Sociology. Additionally, Maryam is a registered psychotherapist. Through consult4solutions, they share their knowledge, insights, and professional opinions, supported by relevant examples and case studies, so that others may benefit from these and confidently navigate their paths, equipped with the necessary know-how and timely guidance.
