Longstanding colleagues Rukmini (Mimi) and Maryam share a vision of continuous learning and growth, for themselves and for those around them. This shared vision led to the inception of Consult4solutions.Between the two, Mimi and Maryam have over 25 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and families from over 150 countries, assisting with career, educational, and life-related needs, in diverse, multicultural settings. Their expertise working with students and youth, including international students from various parts of the world, enhances their rich professional background. Rukmini is from Assam in Northeast India, and Maryam is from Iran. Both Mimi and Maryam hold PhDs in Management and have received graduate training in Social Work, Career Development, and Sociology. Additionally, Maryam is a registered psychotherapist. Through consult4solutions, they share their knowledge and insights, supported by relevant examples.
